Designed to be used with Envirolution's EST fully synthetic DieselMaxx Blast, the Envirolution Diesel System Cleaning Equipment, using direct injector technology, automatically and rapidly removes all carbon deposits from fuel injectors, the combustion chamber and other areas of the diesel fuel system, disperses insoluble gums, improves fuel economy, reduces exhaust emissions, enhances ULSD lubricity, and protects against corrosion.
1. The service is performed with the engine off. After the used oil is drained from the engine, the Envirolution Engine Flush System is connected to the car by adapters that attach to the filter housing and the drain plug opening.
2. Using pulsating pressure, the Envirolution Engine Flush System circulates Envirolution's specially blended EST solution through the engine, over the main bearing through the oil passages, over the valve train, back flushing the oil screen to the pan.
3. The dissolved sludge, debris and other contaminants are vacuum extracted from the engine.
1. The color coded machine hose lines and adapters are connected to the diesel vehicle's fuel fill line and fuel return line couplers. The engine is started and the vehicle's diesel fuel immediately starts looping through the equipment including the equipment's dual diesel fuel filtration system.
2.Once the vehicle's engine has reached operating temperature and the engine idle is adjusted to 1200 RPM, the flow of the diesel fuel is interrupted allowing the EST fully synthetic highly Concentrated DieselMaxx Blast Cleaner (part No. 1340) to be introduced into and circulated throughout the combustion chamber.
3. When the cleaning is complete, the equipment automatically loops back to the vehicle's diesel fuel while audible and visual alerts tell the technician the service is complete.
4. When the technician is ready, the engine is turned off, the adapters and machine hoses are removed and the vehicle's return and fill lines are reconnected.
